Information on Port of Loading / Discharge.
Incoterm: EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, FCA, DDP, etc.
Item name (HS code if any) size length x width x height of the package (If volume fits in a whole container, just need to inform us on container size: Cont' 20 or Cont' 40), the weight of the goods.
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) if your item is a potentially hazardous product in transit. Items that require an MSDS include items with an explosion risk (lithium batteries, charcoal, chemicals, etc.), toxic and biological effects, etc.
Delivery/receiving address if you have a request to use the method of receiving goods at the factory (DOOR-CY) or delivering the goods to the recipient (DOOR-DOOR).

3) Advantages of sea transport

When to choose sea shipping method:

For less-than-container load shipments with blocks (length x width x height) from 1CBM to less than 12 CBM
For goods with heavyweight, large-sized bales.
Goods are not urgent on delivery/receiving time.
When the goods are large enough to pack a 20' container (Around 30 CBM) & 40' container (Around 70 CBM)
Goods need low shipping costs to reduce selling costs and increase profits for businesses.
